We have a very sick big boy. He has strep and severe dehydration. They wanted to keep him but its a small hospital and they don't have the things to keep him under for the IVs. No way would he be ok with them, he would have them yanked out in seconds. We have a script, but no insurance to get the meds with. We are hoping to get it back tomorrow, if not we will find a way to get the meds.
He is sleeping about 20 hours a day at the moment...I feel so bad for him. We have gotten him to drink a little, I gave in and gave him kool-aid. Figure its better then nothing at this point.
